ConTec is a multi-disciplinary firm providing end-to-end Consulting, Engineering, and Project Management services to government and private sector organizations. Having played a pivotal role in engineering landmarks of national and regional importance in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Odisha, Bihar, Chhattisgarhand Madhya Pradesh. We are now taking a strategic step forward. ConTec is scaling operations to achieve a pan-India presence, focusing on transformative projects in irrigation, renewable energy, and infrastructure.

Our Team
COO and Co-Founder:
Rakesh Routhu is passionate about water resources and green energy development, Beit irrigation, hydro power, solar power, river front development or water body conservation, his passion led him to start contec with his core team. He puts his energy to drive the best to client and on other hand trains the subordinates to deliver nothing but the most valuable to the clients. He is from NICMAR (class of 1997). He worked for Larsen & Toubro Ltd ECC division for 9 years and had gained rich insight during his stint there before founding this company.
CTO and Co-Founder
Pushpendra Singh Gour is a perfectionist and does not settle for anything less than the fittest. His zeal to attain perfection is his driving force to deliver the most valued option to his clients. Has contributed immensely in contec’s business process reengineering and modelling for technological advancement. He is an alumnus of NIT-Bhopal(B.Tech) and IIT-Delhi (M.Tech), He has worked for Larsen & Toubro Ltd ECC division in various roles for 8 years and was immensely appreciated for his ardour for excellence in his field of work.
CFO and Co-Founder
Prafulla Kumar Prasanna is a finance guy to the core. His intense involvement in account, finance and HR activities has given contec a coordinated growth. His vision of aligning growth strategy with funding has extremely helped contec in its evolution. Monitoring performance vis a vis key drivers of business and making most out of the opportunity has been his driving force. He is an alumnus of Banaras Hindu University (BHU) and BK Institute of Management (BKBSM), Ahmedabad. He has worked for L&T ECC division in various role for 9 years.
